Refund policy

• Candles & Room Sprays: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

• Soaps: Due to hygiene reasons, all soap sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out.

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can make it right.
